People << back Effective Teachers Newton hires teachers from within the district with talent and expertise and gives them the freedom and resources they need to do their jobs. Newton promises to provide outstanding lessons, materials, supplies, training, and a competitive salary in the market to all instructional staff. Educational Leaders Newton designates a site administrator for every SES program. The site administrator is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting teachers and staff from the local talent pool and from a roster of candidates assembled by Newton Learning. Site administrators also help teachers become familiar with Newton Learning’s curriculum materials, advise on instructional strategies, and assist with student assessment. Operational Support Newton also provides all of the necessary support to make its programs easy to use. A Regional Operations Manager (ROM) oversees each program and acts as Newton’s ambassador to the local school. The ROM then becomes the principal’s main contact for everything related to the SES program.
